Curechem offers all its employees the chance to grow and progress their career. We are able to offer exciting growth opportunities to those who are willing to work hard and excel in their professions. As an example of some of the opportunities available at Curechem here are the stories of some of those who have grown with the company.

Yevai Goto
Yevai joined Curechem in 2004 as a sales officer of the agricultural division of the Zimbabwe branch. She consistently proved through her dedication and hard work what an important role she could play which led to consistent promotions. In 2009, only five years after joining Curechem, she was promoted to director of the branch.

Manoj Joshi
Manoj Joined the South African branch of Curechem in 2003 and remains one of its loyal employees. He initially joined as an accounts officer. Although fresh out of India, Manoj quickly adjusted to the South African lifestyle and began to streamline the processes of the fledgling branch. Eventually the entire accounts department was put under his control and today Manoj is the General Manager of Operations and Finance for all Southern African branches..

P. N. Kutty
One of Curechem’s longest standing employees, the hard-working and sincere Mr. Kutty started off as a office Assistant of our India branch. He joined in 2002 and his vital role in sourcing supplies for other branches proved to be difficult but he rose to the challenge. Currently Mr. Kutty is General Manager Procurement for the entire group.

Sumandeep
Sumandeep was the first employee of our Zambia branch and joined as an accounts officer. He was able to rally the employees of the branch together and with the rest of the employees, the Zambia branch quickly achieved the potential that we knew it had. Suman was promoted to match the leadership he had shown and currently is the Country Head of the branch.

Patience Sibanda
Patience joined our Bulawayo branch in position of in Zimbabwe in 2002. Due to her penchant for sales she was promoted through ranks and is now Country Manager in Angola with fluency in Portuguese.
